Ordering from Key West Aloe

-Online: The fastest, most reliable way to order from us. Please take time to look through the site to discover the great products we offer.

-Phone: We accept phone orders through our customer service department, 800-445-2563.
We have a limited staff for inbound calls and do apologize for any delays you experience.
We will do our best to call you back within 72 hours. Phone orders are best for special gift set orders, or custom gift baskets.
-Fax: We do not accept retail orders via fax.
-Mail: Customers may send their orders in via mail by sending them to Key West Aloe, Attn: Orders, 13095 N Telecom Parkway, Tampa, FL 33637.

Availability

We try our best to have all the KWA products available for you when you order.
If a product is not available at the time of placing your order, KWA will contact you to let you know and quickly resolve the situation.
We rarely accept backorders but do offer our automated notification service which will let you know when a product is back in stock.

Refunds & exchanges

Key West Aloe is committed to providing you high-quality products.
If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return products ordered from our catalog or website any time within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

Please return your items with a copy of your invoice, in a prepaid parcel, using an insured carrier. Key West Aloe is not responsible for return postage or lost or misdelivered items.
Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Key West Aloe cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail locations or third parties with the exception of Key West Aloe owned showrooms.
Retail locations and third parties cannot accept returns for purchases made through our catalog or website.
Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund or exchange, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Key West Aloe may alter the shipping methods or carriers as the need arises.
Each order is limited to one delivery address.

Please Note:

Delivery time is the number of business days after ship date, weekend delivery is not included.
In-stock items will ship on the same day on all express delivery for orders placed online or called in by 12:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Our shipping department is closed on weekends and several major holidays.
Standard orders will be shipped within 2 business days after the order has been placed.
