FedEX Second Day Delivery $24.95

FedEX Next day delivery* $34.95

Orders within the contiguous United States are shipped by UPS ground service. Approximate standard transit time is 2-7 days.

* Delivery time is number of business days after ship date, weekend delivery is not included. Our shipping department is closed on weekends.

 Express Delivery Service

Key West Aloe Holdings, LLC offers next-day and two-day delivery service. In-stock items will ship on the same day on all express delivery for orders placed online, called or faxed in by 1.00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please refer to the shipping chart.

Deliveries Outside the contiguous United States

For shipment to HI, AK, and PR please add $12.95 to the standard Shipping/Processing Charge.

Shipping to Canada

Key West Aloe ships to Canada via United States Postal Service. We charge a flat non-continental fee of $12.95 in addition to the regular shipping charges based on your purchase amount. No expedited service is available. Key West Aloe is not responsible for additional fees, such as customs, duties, or taxes, charged by the Canadian government or delivery surcharges that may be charged by Canada Post.

Shipping to Europe

Key West Aloe ships to European Countries via United States Postal Services. Shipping charges are quoted prior to shipment. No expedited service is available. Key West Aloe is not responsible for additional fees, such as customs, duties, or taxes, charged by the local government or delivery surcharges that may be charged by local Postal serives.

Sales tax

For Florida residents, please add your local sales tax rate.

Refunds & exchanges

The Key West Aloe satisfaction guarantee

Key West Aloe is committed to providing you high-quality products. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return products ordered from our catalog or website any time within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

• Please return your items with a copy of your invoice, in a prepaid parcel, using an insured carrier. Key West Aloe is not responsible for return postage or lost or misdelivered items.
• Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Key West Aloe cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail locations or third parties with the exception of Key West Aloe showrooms.
• Retail locations and third parties cannot accept returns for purchases made through our catalog or website.
• Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund or exchange, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
