I disagree with the others about putting this product in a tube or pump. There is precious little of it, and in the jar/tub seems to work best... so much would be left in a pump or tube. You do have to be careful with the tub style, but I can't think of a better solution where not one drop is wasted.

Eye Moist was the first KWA product I used 30 years ago. I've been using Eye Matrix since it came out, and couldn't be happier with this product.

This is a great product for dry skin. It really does seem to minimize fine lines. I also dab a little on the vertical lines above my lips and it helps there too!

I like everything about it but will not buy again until the packaging is changed. Put it in a tube or something that does not waste the product.

PIcked this up at the Key West Shop several years ago and have become a regular user of this product as well as several others of your line. This is my all time favorite eye cream and does a wonderful job of dealing with dark circles, fine lines and puffiness. Like other reviewers, I dislike the packaging and feel that a pump or tube would be much more economical. It seems that the design of the jar encourages spillage. But, it is an amazing product. Thank you!

I began using this product last year and loved the quality and effect it produced. When I ran out, I tried Nerium eye serum but found that KWA was just as good and less costly. I must say that I preferred the Nerium pump to the bulky KWA packaging.

I purchased this while visiting Key West. It was on sale so I thought I would give it a try. It is so awesome and gentle under my eyes and dries quickly. I purchase a couple at a time.

Recently the ladies at yoga class were talking about aging. One said, I'm older than you all, look at all these wrinkles! So, I said...I'm 72 and I'm probably older than you. She looked at me and said I don't believe that...you don't have any wrinkles!! I told her that Key West Eye Matrix was the secret and that she should try it for herself. So glad I found you all. I do have wrinkles first thing in the morning but after applying KW they seem to melt back into my skin. I won't be without this product anytime.

I tried a sample of this on vacation in Key West and really like it so I bought a jar. It's a nice lightweight eye cream. I love the light way it feels on. Some eye creams feel thick or tight, this cream dries smooth quick and makes my eye area feel great. I wear glasses and contacts and my eyes tend to be irritated a lot but this cream really helps keep my eyes in shape. Will continue to order the product. I do agree with others who have complained about the packaging. The first time I opened the jar about a third of the product was on the lid and dropped on the floor.

When I took the lid off of the jar the first time, I was surprised to have the cream/liquid drip all over me and the floor. There was not one of the usual jar top covers installed on the jar. Big mistake. I think the jar must have been shipped upside down, from the way it just poured out of the lid once I took it off. Made a mess, but hated to have all of the stuff wasted. I'm sure it is great stuff, because key west aloe has always been the best. As expensive as it is, I am disappointed to lose probably half of the half ounce.

I've been using eye matrix for a little over two months now. I love it! It's the best eye cream I've ever used. I've tried soooo many different ones, and this eye cream is by far the best one I've found to be so effective. I use it, like it says morning and night. Totally hooked on this stuff! I've used several products over the years, and this by far is my favorite. My only complaint...I wish it was in different packaging. My first time using it, the jar slipped out of my hands and I spilled half the jar on my counter. <moaning>

I have never used a product where I could tell the difference the next day. This stuff is the real deal, and truly works like magic! I love this stuff, someone even asked me if I had done something different with my makeup after a short period of use, guess what? I wasn't wearing any makeup because my eyes looked great!

This makes my under eye area feel much more smooth, kind of plumps them which helps so much! I use it every night. I love that it doesn't cause any little bumps on that area of my sensitive face. Most eye moisturizers that I have tried to use eventually cause me to get these tiny bumps because I am so sensitive. Thank you!

I bought this product after stopping in briefly on my way back to the boat. I was a little hesitant to purchase but I am so HAPPY I did,! What a difference this has made in 3 weeks. I have very sensitive skin so I am not able to use brands with gluten, sulfates , etc. but with KWA formulations I don't have to worry. Not to mention that it's main ingredient is natural aloe which my skin already loves. My only negative is the jar packaging . At this price I Would forgo the pretty packaging for a pump bottle to keep it stable longer.

True to your description this eye gel works. I am in my late sixties and have a few fine lines around my eyes. After using KWA Eye Matrix I can see a surprising difference even after the first use. I have used Key West Aloe products, in particular face creams, for over 20 years and I believe my skin is the better for it. I am 65 and have very few wrinkles because I have faithfully used Key West Aloe face creams. I especially like Eye Matrix, Day Moist and Skin Matrix. I highly recommend these products.

Still a good eye cream. No animal testing . I must say though, i prefer the old formulation. When it was in the pump. It lasted longer and just worked a little better.
